One of the hardest things about using CBD Oil, in the early days, is knowing how much to take for your particular health need.
That’s why we produced our simple, but powerful CBD Oil dosage tracker.
The tracker allows you to monitor your dosage in those first few weeks to find out what quantity of oil is right for you.
Getting the right CBD oil dosage for anxiety can be a little tricky.
Remember we are all different.
Not only do our endocannabinoid systems differ from one another, but we have individual tolerance levels and different health requirements.
You need to take the time to get this right.
Sadly there is no ‘perfect dosage for all people’. CBD oil just doesn’t work like that.
So you need to experiment a little – and maybe with the brand of oil you use too.
Here’s our selection of the best CBD oil UK right now.
My Experience With CBD Oil
When I first started using CBD oil I admit I got a bit confused and ended up getting a little frustrated.
I wasn’t sure it was working for me.
But I just hadn’t found the right dosage.
So I created the CBD oils dosage tracker to remove the guesswork.
Now you can use it too.

CBD Oil Dosage Tracker
Before you start out on your CBD oil journey it’s always smart to consult your doctor to make sure they are happy for you to proceed.
Using CBD oil has been proven to be very safe but if you are using other medications there could be some issues so ALWAYS check this out first with a medical professional.
Once you’ve downloaded the tracker we recommend printing off four copies so you can monitor your CBD oil dosage for the first month.
By then you’ll have a pretty good idea of what works for you.
When we were figuring out the best dosage the guys at Endoca were hugely helpful to us.
They recommend the ‘Up Titration’ method – a proven scientific technique to safely figure out how much CBD oil you need to take for your health needs. We like to use that too.
The number of drops of CBD oil you take will also depend on the strength of the oil you are taking.
Some oils contain just 1mg of pure CBD per drop whereas other higher strength oils may contain as many as 5mg of pure CBD per drop.
If you don’t know the strength of your oil and you took say 6 drops under your tongue you could be taking anywhere between 6 and 30mg of CBD – that’s a HUGE difference!
Make sure you know the strength of your CBD oil!
The best way to get your endocannabinoid system used to your CBD oil is to take a small dosage three times a day.
That’s why we’ve laid out the dosage tracker like we have.
We like to take our CBD oils on waking, at lunchtime and an hour or so before bed.
Andecitodal evidence shows that CBD delivers what your body needs at each particular time.
That means in the morning you may find it has an awakening effect on your body but in the evening it makes you relaxed and sleepy.
Use the tracker to keep a record of the effects as you progress over the month.
Here’s An Example For You…
Let’s say you have a 1mg strength bottle of CBD oil.
For the first week take one drop three times a day.
Then in week two increase to two drops three times a day.
In week three, make it three drops three times a day…and so on.
By using this gradual up titration method you will gradually be able to observe the effect CBD has on your particular health need.
Once you feel an effect then you can stop increasing the dosage and possibly even reduce a little at particular times of day depending on your need.
Perhaps sleep is your issue so you can cut back on the breakfast and lunch dosage and increase a little an hour or so before bed.
You don’t want to use too much – it’s not cheap after all!
Combining the CBD oil tracker with this gradual method really is the most accurate way to understand the changes that are taking place in your ECS and your wider body.
So download the tracker today and make that CBD oil work for you!
