Please read the following legal advice regarding the purchase and use of CBD products:
CBD is legal in the UK as long as it does not contain THC, which is a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social Care in the United Kingdom which is responsible for ensuring that medicines and medical devices work and, are acceptably safe.
In their latest advice the MHRA states: “If you use CBD and if you have any questions, speak to your GP or other healthcare professional.”
Complying with the MHRA, we are prohibited from making any medical claims, discussing any medical issue, recommendation or dosage.
